January 2023 I was reflecting on some goals that I had for myself, and had already been thinking about the outline for a book about delegation. I was faciliating a training for my team and met the person who would be able to make that goal come true. After a few drafts of an outline, and a passion for getting my message out, the book “The ART of Delegation: Focus on what you love to do” was born. And here it is! Real talk for real people. Real action items to help you improve on skills to increase your effectiveness in business.
